We built CruxHealth from the clinic’s side of the screen. Sitting with front desk, MAs, and clinicians, we mapped the real frictions with overbooked schedules, inbox overflow, after-hours notes and turned them into one EHR-integrated workspace. We introduce CruxOS which unifies documentation, orders, coding, prior auth, referrals, and results in a single flow, with agent assistance under clear guardrails so your team reviews and approves. The outcome: fewer clicks, same-day note closure, cleaner claims, and faster follow-ups, designed with your clinic, not just for it.
